Motorcyclist Dies After Colliding with Pickup Truck on SR-1 in Marin County
Marin County, California: One person was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened Friday evening on State Route 1 near Tomales in Marin County.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place around 6:19 p.m. about two miles south of Tomales Petaluma Road.
CHP said a motorcyclist collided with a pickup truck under unclear circumstances.
The Marin County Fire Department responded to the scene and pronounced the motorcyclist dead at 6:31 p.m.
CHP officers are investigating the accident.
