Motorcyclist Dies in Crash with Car in Vista
Vista, California: A motorcyclist died after colliding with a car Thursday afternoon in Vista, the California Highway Patrol said.
The incident was reported around 1 p.m. on Hacienda Drive, just south of State Route 78.
A man riding a Suzuki motorcycle collided with a Subaru Hatchback for an unknown reason.
Responding paramedics transported the motorcyclist to Tri-City Medical Center in Oceanside for treatment. The man later died from his injuries.
The driver of the car was unhurt. The vehicle suffered major crash damage.
Authorities are investigating the collision.
