Motorcyclist Hospitalized after Crash in Fresno
Fresno, California: A motorcyclist was hospitalized after colliding with a car Thursday afternoon at an intersection in Fresno, the Fresno Police Department said.
The accident occurred around 4:32 p.m. at West and Emerson avenues.
Police said a woman was driving a car northbound on West Avenue when she attempted to turn left and collided with a motorcycle heading southbound on West.
The rider, a man in his 60s, was taken to the hospital, where he remained in stable condition.
The female driver was not hurt.
Alcohol or drugs did not appear to be contributing factors.
