Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Crash on U.S. 101 in Petaluma
Petaluma, California: A motorcyclist was injured in a traffic collision that happened Wednesday afternoon on Highway 101 in Petaluma, the California Highway Patrol said.
According to the report, the incident happened at about 4:47 p.m. in the northbound lanes just south of Petaluma Boulevard.
Authorities said a motorcyclist collided with a possible black Honda CR-V for an unknown reason.
The rider was taken to the hospital by Petaluma firefighters with road rash to both arms and the complaint of pain to the upper torso.
Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the accident.
