Motorcyclist Hospitalized After Spokane Valley Crash

Spokane Valley, Washington: A motorcyclist was hospitalized in critical condition after colliding with a truck Tuesday night at an intersection in Spokane Valley.

Spokane Valley deputies and firefighters responded to South Dearborn Road and East Sixth Avenue, where the accident happened at around 9 p.m.

The responders found a motorcyclist suffering from possible life-threatening injuries. The firefighters provided life-saving medical aid to the rider at the scene before taking them to a hospital. The rider was listed in critical but stable condition late Wednesday morning.

Investigators discovered that the victim collided with a Dodge truck at the intersection.

A man was driving the truck south on Dearborn Road. He stopped at Sixth Avenue before entering the intersection and colliding with the rider who was westbound on a Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
