Motorcyclist Hurt after Colliding with Car on I-5 in Irvine
Irvine, California: A motorcyclist was hurt in a traffic collision that happened Sunday afternoon in Irvine, the California Highway Patrol said.
Authorities responded to northbound Interstate 5 just south of Jamboree Road after they received reports of a crash involving a motorcycle and a car around 5:46 p.m.
The responders found a black motorcycle and the rider down in the No. 1 lane.
The motorcyclist sustained minor injuries in the crash. It was unclear if the victim was hospitalized.
Authorities are investigating the cause of the collision.
