Motorcyclist Injured in Collision at Catalina Boulevard and Talbot Street in San Diego
San Diego, California – One person was seriously injured in a motorcycle accident on Tuesday afternoon in San Diego.
According to the San Diego Police Department, the accident happened at around 2:13 p.m. at Catalina Boulevard and Talbot Street.
The motorcyclist was traveling south on Catalina Boulevard and was struck by a black 2005 Mercedes-Benz E320 that was making a left turn at the intersection.
The rider suffered major injuries including a pelvic fracture and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
The 52-year-old woman driving the Mercedes suffered a fractured left wrist.
