South Los Angeles, California – A 25-year-old man was killed in a motorcycle accident that happened on Sunday night in South Los Angeles.
The accident was reported around 9:17 p.m. at Figueroa and 89th streets, according to the Los Angeles Police Department.
The motorcyclist was riding a green Suzuki GSX-R motorcycle southbound at a high rate speed when he crashed into a vehicle that was making a left turn from Figueroa onto 89th Street.
The rider was taken to hospital by emergency personnel where he later succumbed to his injuries.
The name of the deceased was not immediately disclosed.
