Motorcyclist Killed in Marin County Crash Identified
Marin County, California: The Marin County Sheriff’s Office identified the motorcyclist who died in a head-on collision involving a minivan that happened Sunday afternoon at an intersection in Inverness.
The accident was reported around 2:13 p.m. at Sir Francis Drake Boulevard and Pierce Point Road.
The rider, now identified as 22-year-old Emanuel Jimenez Romero, reportedly crossed onto the wrong side of the road to get around slower traffic and collided head-on with a Honda Odyssey.
The motorcyclist was ejected from the motorcycle onto the ground.
Romero was killed in the crash.
An investigation is ongoing.
