Motorcyclist Seriously Injured in Crash on SR-160 in Antioch
Antioch, California: A motorcyclist was seriously hurt after colliding with a pickup truck Sunday afternoon in Antioch.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the collision took place around 12:27 p.m. on northbound State Route 160 at the Antioch Bridge Toll Plaza.
A BMW motorcycle and a white Toyota pickup truck were involved in the accident.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and found the rider with major injuries. The victim was taken to the hospital for treatment.
Investigators did not immediately determine the cause of the collision.
