The California Highway Patrol said the collision occurred around 4:29 p.m. on Santa Susana Pass Road near Clear Spring Road.
A motorcyclist collided with a parked car in the area under unclear circumstances.
Firefighters responded to the scene and transported the rider to the hospital for treatment of major injuries.
