Motorcyclist Suffers Major Injuries in Lakeside Accident
San Diego, California: A motorcyclist sustained severe injuries in a traffic collision that happened Sunday night at an intersection in Lakeside, the California Highway Patrol said.
The crash happened at around 8:47 p.m. at Lake Jennings Park Road and Blossom Valley Road.
Authorities said a motorcyclist collided with a possible Dodge truck under unclear circumstances.
The rider ended up underneath the vehicle.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and helped the rider.
The victim was transported to the hospital with major injuries.
Officers are investigating the cause of the accident.
