Multiple Injured in Salinas Car Crash on Natividad Road
Salinas, California: Multiple people, including children, were injured in a two-vehicle collision that happened Friday afternoon in Salinas, police said.
The wreck happened at around 4:40 p.m. on Natividad Road near Rogge Road.
Authorities said two vehicles collided, trapping four people in the wreckage.
Emergency personnel arrived at the scene and extricated the victims.
Seven people were evaluated for injuries at the scene. Two kids were airlifted to trauma centers in the Bay Area for their injuries. Four others were also hospitalized with varying extent of injuries.
Police said drugs or alcohol were not thought to be factors.
