San Bernardino, California – The California Highway Patrol has identified Nancy Carolina Ortiz, 43, as the woman killed in a bicycle crash on Saturday night in San Bernardino.
The deadly crash occurred at about 10:35 p.m. on June 15, near 30th Street and F Street.
As per the CHP officials, Ortiz was riding her bicycle near the intersection when a vehicle hit her.
Ortiz, a San Bernardino woman was taken to St. Bernardine Medical Center where she succumbed to her injuries.
No additional information concerning this collision was released.
An investigation by the San Bernardino Police Department is underway.
