Noah Beery Killed in Modesto Crash on 5 Freeway near Stuhr Road
Modesto, California – Noah Beery, 26, of Oro Valley, AZ, has been identified by the Stanislaus County Coroner’s Office as the man who died in a car crash on Tuesday afternoon near Patterson.
The fatal crash happened on Interstate 5 Freeway, between Stuhr and Fink roads, according to the California Highway Patrol.
The man was driving a Subaru SUV southbound when he drifted into the northbound lanes and collided with a Peterbilt tractor-trailer.
Beery was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The 50-year-old Los Banos man suffered minor injuries in the accident and was transported to the hospital for treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
