Aleah Calvery Hospitalized after Red Bluff Pedestrian Accident on Walnut Street
Nurse Walking from Work Hit and Injured by Car in Red Bluff
Red Bluff, California: A Red Bluff nurse is nursing injuries after she was hit by a vehicle Tuesday as she was walking from work in Red Bluff.
Aleah Calvery of Red Bluff was struck by a 2006 Lexus sedan around 7:08 p.m. as she was walking east across Walnut Street outside of a crosswalk, police said.
The vehicle was traveling westbound on the 900 block of Walnut Street at the time of the crash.
Calvery was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital with major injuries.
The 30-year-old man driving the car stopped and remained at the scene after the accident.
Authorities are investigating to establish the cause of the accident.
