One Person Dies in Crash Involving Dump Truck in San Clemente
San Clemente, California: One person died in a traffic collision involving a dump truck that happened Monday morning in San Clemente.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck was reported around 9:39 a.m. on the northbound 5 Freeway near Avenida Palizada.
Authorities said a dump truck crashed into a sedan on the freeway’s on-ramp.
One person was killed in the accident.
Traffic lanes were closed in the area following the collision.
