One Person Hit, Killed by 2 Vehicles After Exiting Car on Highway 101 in Palo Alto
Palo Alto, California: One person died after being hit by two vehicles early Friday morning on Highway 101 in Palo Alto.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the incident was reported around 3 a.m. near the San Antonio Avenue on-ramp.
CHP said the driver of a red SUV was traveling northbound on the highway when the car reportedly hit a green billboard.
The driver got out of the car and was hit by another vehicle and a big rig.
That motorist died at the scene.
CHP officers are investigating the collision.
