Ontario, California: One person died, and two others were hospitalized after a violent car accident that happened Thursday morning at an intersection in Ontario.
The Ontario Police Department said the collision took place around 9:31 a.m. at Holt Boulevard and Mountain Avenue.
Six vehicles were involved in the crash. There were no details given about the cause or manner of the accident.
Firefighters and paramedics responded to the scene and rushed one person to a local hospital, where they later died from their injuries.
Two other people were also hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries.
The intersection remained blocked for several hours during the investigation.
