One Person Seriously Hurt in Castro Valley Accident on Stanton Avenue
Castro Valley, California: One person was taken to the hospital with severe injuries after a traffic collision that took place Thursday morning in Castro Valley.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash was reported around 6:20 a.m. in the 18867 block of Stanton Avenue at Fox Ridge Drive.
A blue Subaru and a black sedan were involved in the collision.
The sedan was reportedly parked when it was hit, and the driver of the Subaru may have experienced cardiac arrest prior to the accident.
One person was hospitalized with major injuries sustained in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
