Pedestrian Fatally Hit by Vehicle in South Sacramento
Sacramento, California: One person died in a pedestrian accident that happened Tuesday night at an intersection in Sacramento.
The California Highway Patrol said the crash was reported around 10 p.m. on Gerber and Elk Grove Florin roads.
Authorities did not immediately determine how and why a hit a pedestrian in the area.
The victim died from injuries sustained in the crash.
The driver of the car stopped and remained at the scene.
