Pedestrian Injured After 2 Vehicles Collide in Rio Linda
Rio Linda, California: A pedestrian was seriously injured in a traffic collision that happened Wednesday night near an intersection in Rio Linda.
The California Highway Patrol said the collision occurred at about 9 p.m. near West Elkhorn and Marysville Boulevards.
Two vehicles collided, and a pedestrian in the area was hit.
Emergency personnel transported the pedestrian to the hospital with major injuries.
Officers are investigating the cause of the accident.
