Pedestrian Killed in Crash on Highway 1 in Watsonville Identified
Watsonville, California: 20-year-old Jason Harrell-Sullivan has been identified as the victim of a fatal pedestrian accident that happened last week in Watsonville.
The Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office, who identified the pedestrian, said he was living in Watsonville at the time of the accident but his formal residence is Sonora.
Harrell-Sullivan reportedly stepped in front of a 2019 Honda Civic traveling northbound on the slow lane of Highway 1 near Main Street and got hit just before 2 a.m.
The victim was allegedly wearing dark clothing at that time.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
