Pedestrian Killed in Sunday Night Crash on Harbor (110) Freeway in Wilmington Identified
Wilmington, California: The Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner’s Office identified the pedestrian who died in a collision that happened Sunday night in Wilmington as 46-year-old Lizbeth Vejar.
The accident was reported around 10:34 p.m. on the Anaheim Street on-ramp to the southbound Harbor (110) Freeway.
Vejar was struck by a pickup truck under unclear circumstances. She died from injuries sustained in the accident.
The on-ramp and the freeway Nos. 3 and 4 lanes were closed until around 1:18 a.m. Monday following the collision.
