Reuben Contreras Killed in Santa Ana Car Crash on Harbor Boulevard
Santa Ana, California – 25-year-old Reuben Contreras was killed in a two-car crash on Saturday morning in Santa Ana.
According to the Santa Ana Police Department, the crash happened at around 9:19 a.m. on Harbor Boulevard near Croddy Way.
Contreras was driving a Toyota Camry northbound on Harbor Boulevard and was attempting to make a left turn onto Croddy Way, when he was hit by a southbound GMC Sierra.
Contreras was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the GMC Sierra was taken to hospital with moderate injuries.
Alcohol and drugs did not appear to be factors in the crash.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
