San Jose, California – A rider sustained fatal injuries following a traffic crash on Thursday afternoon in San Jose, according to the San Jose police.
The deadly collision happened a while after 4:00 p.m. near Winfield Boulevard and Furlong Drive.
Police said a motorcycle and vehicle crashed in unclear circumstances.
The rider was killed in the crash.
Police closed Winfield Boulevard between Blossom Hill and Coleman roads for several hours due to the accident.
An investigation is ongoing.
