San Diego, California (November 7, 2023) – One person was killed in a motorcycle accident on Monday night near Sorrento Valley in San Diego.
The fatal collision was reported at around 9:01 p.m. on 5 Freeway at Interstate 805, according to the California Highway Patrol.
A vehicle is reported to have struck a motorcycle on the freeway in unclear circumstances. Authorities say a third vehicle possibly ran over the downed motorcycle.
The unidentified rider was killed in the accident.
