Riverside County Coroner Identifies Man Killed in Cathedral City Crash
Cathedral City, California: The Riverside County Sheriff Coroner’s Bureau identified the man who died Thursday afternoon in a three-vehicle collision in Cathedral City as 48-year-old William Ceballos Morales.
Cathedral City police said Morales, who resided in the city, died in a crash that happened around 1:15 p.m. at Vista Chino and Avenida Quintana near the entrance to the Desert Princess community.
The man was driving a car eastbound on Vista Chino when he reportedly suffered a medical emergency that caused him to veer into the westbound traffic and collide with two other vehicles.
First responders pronounced Morales dead at the scene.
The driver of one of the other cars was hospitalized with minor injuries.
Police are investigating the collision.
