Robert Castellanos Killed in Pacoima Crash on 118 Freeway near 5 Freeway
Pacoima, California – 35-year-old Robert Castellanos has been identified by the Los Angeles County medical examiner’s office as the man who died in a multi-vehicle collision in Pacoima on Sunday morning.
The fatal collision happened on the Ronald Reagan (118) Freeway at the Golden State (5) Freeway at around 2:48 a.m., according to the California Highway Patrol.
Multiple vehicles were involved in the crash, but the events leading up to the accident were not immediately established.
Firefighters had to use hydraulic tools to free Castellanos from the wreckage.
Sadly, the man died at the accident scene.

An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
