Santa Rosa Motorcycle Accident on Hwy 101
Santa Rosa, California: A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after colliding with a car Thursday night on Highway 101 in Santa Rosa, the California Highway Patrol said.
The accident was reported around 11:05 p.m. in the southbound lanes just north of the Corby Avenue off-ramp.
A black Ford Mustang collided with a motorcycle under unclear circumstances.
The motorcyclist was helped to move from the roadway to the right-hand shoulder by a passerby after the collision.
The rider was hospitalized with major injuries.
CHP officers are investigating to determine the cause of the accident.
