Several Injured, Driver Arrested After Tuttletown DUI Collision

Tuolumne County, California: Four people were hurt in a two-vehicle collision involving a DUI driver that happened on Reynolds Ferry Road, west of Highway 40, in Tuttletown.

According to the California Highway Patrol, Timothy Kearn, 28, of Sonora, was recently driving a 2005 Honda Accord eastbound on Reynolds Ferry Road at about 40 mph.

Kearn was with two passengers; David Vogel, 19, of Sonora, and Tavon Henderson, 27, of Stockton.

62-year-old Dennis Braun of Waterford was in a 2016 Lexus IS350 waiting to make a turn in the westbound lane.

Kearn allowed his car to cross the center line and collide with Braun’s car.

Authorities said Braun, Kearn, Vogel, and Henderson sustained minor injuries.

Kearn was arrested for driving while intoxicated.
