Several Injured in Metro Train Accident at Exposition Boulevard and Watt Way in Los Angeles
Los Angeles, California – Two people were hospitalized with severe injuries following a collision involving a train on Tuesday afternoon in Los Angeles.
The incident was reported at around noon at Watt Way and Exposition Boulevard, according to the Los Angeles Fire Department.
A Metro train reportedly collided with a University of Southern California shuttle bus.
At least 55 people were injured in the crash. Two people suffered major injuries and were taken to hospital for treatment.
LAFD said 16 people were also taken to hospital with minor injuries while other 37 were treated and released on scene.
