Several Injured in Multi-Vehicle Collision on Mandela Parkway in Oakland
Oakland, California – Several people were hospitalized after being injured in a multi-vehicle crash on Saturday afternoon in Oakland.
According to the Oakland Police Department, the accident happened around 2:45 p.m. in the 700 block of Mandela Parkway near the Oakland train station.
Several vehicles including two police cars were involved, but the cause of the crash was not immediately determined.
Emergency crews responded to the crash and transported several people to the hospital with unknown injuries.
The cause of the crash remains under investigation.
