Los Angeles, California – 89-year-old Sheldon Turchin has been identified by the Los Angeles County Department of Medical Examiner as the man who died in a car accident in Signal Hill on Sunday evening.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 5:30 p.m. on Cherry Avenue.
Two vehicles were involved in the accident.
Sheldon and a woman in her 70s were killed in the accident.
The driver of the second car was hospitalized with unknown injuries.
