Stephen Georgi Killed in Bakersfield Pedestrian Accident on Hughes Lane
Bakersfield, California – Stephen Howard Georgi, 68, has been identified as the man who died in a pedestrian accident in Bakersfield on September 26.
The fatal collision happened in the 2400 block of Hughes Lane at around 7:39 p.m. according to the Kern County Sheriff’s Office.
The man was walking in the area and was struck by a vehicle.
Georgi, a resident of Bakersfield, was taken to Kern Medical with multiple blunt force trauma where he died while receiving treatment.
More details about the accident were not released.
An investigation into the accident is underway.
