Teenager Killed, 2 Others Injured in Antelope Car Crash

Sacramento County, California: A teenager was killed, and two others were hospitalized after two vehicles collided Wednesday night near an intersection in the Antelope area.

According to the California Highway Patrol, the wreck occurred around 9 p.m. near Antelope and Antelope North roads.

Authorities said a sedan occupied by three teens was traveling westbound on Antelope Road when it changed lanes and collided with a truck.

The sedan overturned after the impact and crashed into a pole.

The teens, all under 16 years old, were taken to the hospital for their injuries. One of them died from their injuries. The deceased was the driver of the car.

The report said the driver of the truck was not hurt.

No other details were given, but an investigation is ongoing.
