Torrance, California – A deadly collision left one individual dead on Monday night in Torrance, according to a California Highway Patrol dispatch.
The Torrance Fire Department responded to the crash site on southbound 405 Freeway near Crenshaw Boulevard at about 11:44 p.m.
Police said two vehicles were involved in the crash. One of the vehicles rolled over while the other car blocked the HOV lane.
One individual died due to the collision.
Authorities closed all the southbound lanes between Crenshaw Boulevard and Western Avenue following the crash.
