Watsonville Man Killed in Freedom Pedestrian Accident on Airport Boulevard
Freedom, California – A 66-year-old Watsonville man was seriously after being struck by a car early Wednesday morning in Freedom.
The California Highway Patrol said the accident happened around 5 a.m. on Airport Boulevard near Parajo Lane.
The Watsonville man was walking on the road when he was struck by a Tesla Model Y.
CHP said the pedestrian suffered major injuries and was taken to a regional medical center for treatment.
More details about the collision were not provided.
The accident remains under investigation.
