Woman Dies in Rear-End Collision at Foothill Blvd and Pennsylvania Ave in Glendora
Glendora, California: A woman died in a rear-end collision that happened Sunday afternoon at an intersection in Glendora, police said.
The collision transpired around 3 p.m. at Foothill Boulevard and Pennsylvania Avenue.
Authorities said a woman was driving a sedan when she was rear-ended by another vehicle. The impact caused the woman to lose control of her car, veer off the roadway, and slam into a tree.
The woman died at the crash scene.
The driver of the other vehicle was not injured.
The intersection remained closed for four hours during an investigation.
