Woman Fatally Struck by Car on Walmart Parking Lot in Mountain View
Mountain View, California – A woman died after being hit by a car in a Walmart parking lot in Mountain View on Monday morning.
The accident happened on the 500 block of Showers Drive, according to the Mountain View Police Department.
The woman in her 60’s was in the middle of a parking lot when she was hit by a car driven by an employee.
The unidentified woman was transported to an area hospital where she died while receiving treatment.
Authorities do not believe that drugs or alcohol were a factor in the collision.
An investigation into the accident is ongoing.
