Woman Hit and Killed by Vehicle in Seattle’s Crown Hill Neighborhood
Seattle, Washington: A 69-year-old woman died after she was struck by a car Friday morning near an intersection in the Crown Hills neighborhood of Seattle.
Seattle police said the accident occurred just after 5 a.m. near Northwest 85th Street and 15th Avenue Northwest.
The Seattle Fire Department responded to the scene shortly after the crash and found the woman lying unresponsive in the roadway.
The victim was pronounced dead at the scene.
The car driver remained at the scene and cooperated with investigators. The motorist did not show any signs of impairment.
Authorities are investigating the accident.
