Woman Seriously Injured in Fresno Pedestrian Accident
Fresno, California: A 40-year-old woman was seriously injured in a pedestrian accident that happened Friday night at an intersection in Fresno.
Fresno police said the accident took place around 9 p.m. at First Street and Clinton Avenue.
The pedestrian was walking in the roadway when she was hit by a white sedan, authorities said.
Paramedics transported the woman to Community Regional Medical Center in critical condition.
The driver of the sedan stopped after the crash and contacted authorities.
