Woman Injured in Pedestrian Crash at Eucalyptus and University Avenues in Riverside
Riverside, California – A 54-year-old woman from Corona suffered severe by a vehicle at an intersection in Riverside.
According to the Riverside Police Department, the crash was reported at around 8 a.m. at Eucalyptus and University Avenues.
The woman was walking northbound on Eucalyptus when she entered the crosswalk at University Avenue and was hit by a Honda Civic traveling southbound on Eucalyptus.
The woman was rushed to hospital with life-threatening injuries.
The driver of the Honda, a 29-year-old Riverside man, remained at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
