Antioch, California – A bicyclist died after being struck by a car on Saturday morning in Antioch.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the accident happened in the area of Lone Tree Way and Sagebrush Drive at around 12:20 a.m.
A woman was riding a bicycle in the area and was struck by a car.
The unidentified woman was pronounced dead at the accident scene.
The 38-year-old Antioch man who was driving the car was arrested on suspicion of DUI.
