Woman Killed in Car Crash on Highway 2 in Wrightwood Identified
Wrightwood, California: 23-year-old Katie M. Anderson of Wrightwood died Friday morning in a traffic collision that happened on Highway 2 in Wrightwood.
The accident was reported around 10:45 a.m. at Scrub Oak Drive.
The California Highway Patrol said the collision involved a silver Honda Civic and a silver Ford F-150 pickup truck.
San Bernardino County Fire Department firefighters responded to the scene and pronounced Anderson dead.
An occupant from the other car was hospitalized with unknown injuries.
Highway 2 was shut down for about 4-5 hours following the collision.
