Woman Killed in El Cajon Pedestrian Accident at Main Street and Roanoke Road
El Cajon, California – A pedestrian died after being hit by a car at an intersection in El Cajon on Monday morning.
The accident was reported at around 6:21 a.m. at East Main Street and Roanoke Road, according to the El Cajon Police Department.
The officers who responded to the incident found a 28-year-old woman unresponsive after being hit by a 2016 black Kia Soul.
The unidentified 28-year-old woman was transported to the hospital, where she died.
The driver of the involved car stayed at the scene and cooperated with the authorities.
