Covina, California: A woman died in a head-on collision involving a semi-truck that happened early Thursday morning near an intersection in Covina.
The accident was reported around 1:58 a.m. on North Lark Ellen Avenue and East Cypress Street.
According to the California Highway Patrol, the woman’s Toyota Corolla crossed into the opposite lane and collided head-first with a semi-truck.
The woman died in the crash.
