San Diego, California: A woman was seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident that happened Friday morning in the parking lot of a San Diego area Costco.
Police said the accident occurred around 10:34 a.m. in the parking lot of the Bay Ho Costco.
A 63-year-old woman was walking in the parking lot when she was hit by a car.
The driver sped away after the collision.
The woman was hospitalized with multiple bone fractures and internal injuries. Her condition is considered life-threatening.
Officers are investigating the crash. The investigators did not give a description of the involved driver or vehicle.
